Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 th of December 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. He attended secondary and primary school. After that, he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria, where he got a BSc. in Architecture.


AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and her have two beautiful children.

While still in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a pupil. He began to explore the ministry while in AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The InnerCity Mission for children is a religiously-based not-governmental Organisation (NGO). Pastor Chris Oyakhilome The NGO was started in 2005 in order to reach vulnerable, poor, orphaned children in the world.

The foundation assists these deprived children and their families through long-lasting and inclusive interventions, which include child development programs, childcare programmes Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School and more.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International foundation was founded to improve the life expectancy and health of local communities. The foundation is able to accomplish this goal by helping to implement the national policies relating to health education and trauma treatment.

Over a thousand people were given first aid and safety instruction through the foundation. They have trained thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers as well as road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
The Volunteer Medical Corps provides humanitarian aid to refugees and internally displaced persons in countries that are damaged or are at risk of being destroyed by human or natural disasters.

The outreach comprises of a network of Christian health workers, paramedics , and students from every Nation. These volunteers provide emergency medical treatment, emergency assistance, and sustainable health-care solutions for those in crisis.

VMC also offers health care services to communities that are not served and also provides manpower training to local health professionals. VMC is open to anyone who is driven by the principle of improving health and providing assistance to those most in need.
