Bayrock Group's Journey From the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found it working in Manhattan in conjunction with the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group Moves: From Suburbs, to Manhattan
While many people have dreams of moving to America to live the American dream and live the American life but only a few do. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was one of them, when he came to America in 2001 to start up Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company which operates in New York City.

The first focus of the firm was small to medium-sized jobs such as the redesign of the Loehmanns Seaport Plaza, which is a shopping centre located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead, New York.

Bayrock Group, which had achieved success in the American residential market, was ready to expand. The company began looking for large-scale opportunities.

The Arif-driven business began working together with the Sapir Organization to construct a large new construction on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its expansion.

Tevfik Amir and his staff had a meeting with members of the Trump Organization as a result. They also used Trump Tower for their base.

Talks took place between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two companies realized they shared their hopes and goals.

The two firms formed cooperation. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

Former American President Donald Trump was the president of the Trump Organization at that time.

E. Trump and Son was created by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump.

Donald Trump gave the management of his company to his children as he prepared to enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization, and The Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the partnership.

Tevfik Arif, founder of Spring Street was able to create an arrangement that would increase brand recognition as well as prestige for the project.

The plan he suggested would grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, as a condition for the Trump brand being used to create the building's name.

The arrangement was embraced by all three firms. In the year 2006, the first Trump SoHo brick was put in place.

Two years later, Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) along with the Sapir Organization created Trump SoHo to enhance the skyline of New York City.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo featured 46 stories which included bars and restaurants that were of high-end status, banquet halls, event and banquet halls. Also, there was an open-air pool and spa and apartments as well as hotel rooms.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Residents and visitors of Trump SoHo could enjoy an unprecedented views of New York City through the structure's floor-to-roof windows, which were put up on every floor.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the designer of the exterior design of Trump SoHo, since the three major organizations that comprised the structure were focusing primarily on perfection.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group is responsible for the design of a variety of extravagant hotels, cafes as theatres and bars all over the world.

Their work includes the Tower Hotel in Mumbai and Taj Mahal Palace in India, as well the 93rd Academy Award show, and the Amara Hotel Limassol in Cyprus.

Bayrock Group expands partnership
Trump SoHo was an immediate successand it has was the catalyst for Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to look into increasing their cooperation.

Their vision was for Trump SoHo buildings to be built in Arizona and Florida. They were able to offer similar terms as Trump SoHo. The Trump Organization would be left with 18% of the equity in the structure in exchange for the Trump name in their names. It's the same.

The Trump Organization and Bayrock Group were prepared for everything. Tevfik Arif However, the 2008 financial crisis that severely affected the American real property market was the catalyst that ended their plans.

However, it was still active and invested in real estate properties worth over $2.5 million.
