Bayrock Group's Journey from the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company run by Tevfik Arif. It quickly was incorporated into the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

How Bayrock Group Went from Suburbs to Manhattan
Many dream of moving to the United States to live the American dream But only a handful people succeed. Tevfik Arif Turkish-Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Arif was among them when he moved to America in 2001. He set out to created his company, Bayrock Group.

Tevfik Arif Discussions were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two companies realized that they shared their hopes and goals.

Bayrock Both companies entered into a collaboration in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then managed by an ex-American president Donald Trump.

The group was created as E. Trump and Son by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his dad, Fred Trump, in 1927.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in the year 2017 when he was preparing to take over the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's residential real property market.

To boost the project on Spring Street, the founder Tevfik Arif came up with an arrangement that would add an additional brand name and prestige to the project.

The plan he suggested would grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, as a condition for the Trump name being used to create the building's name.

Three companies ratified the agreement and the first block of Trump SoHo was laid in the year 2006.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to New York City's skyline, Trump SoHo.

Design veterans are at the helm of Trump SoHo
The 46 stories of Trump SoHo featured top bars and restaurants as well event and banquet rooms, open-air pools, event and conference halls, a spa department, apartments and hotel suites.

Visitors and residents to Trump SoHo can enjoy a spectacular view of New York City from the windows that extend from floor to roof on all floors.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Handel Architects was entrusted by Trump SoHo to design the exterior, as the three buildings were centered on perfection.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Rockwell Group is responsible for the design of many extravagant hotels, cafes, restaurants as theatres and bars across the globe.

Their work includes the Tower Hotel in Mumbai and Taj Mahal Palace in India in addition to the 93rd Academy Award show, and the Amara Hotel Limassol in Cyprus.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization expand the partnership
Trump SoHo was a success right away and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to expand their cooperation.

Their goal was to construct buildings like Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida with the same conditions that Trump SoHo. In return, Trump Organization would get 18 percent equity. Another time.
