Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development business led by Tevfik Arif, found itself quickly cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.


Bayrock Group Moves From Suburbs to Manhattan
Many dream of coming to the United States to live the American dream But only a handful individuals achieve it. Tevfik Arif Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik ARIF was one of them when Tevfik moved to America in 2001. He founded the Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company that works in New York City.

The firm initially concentrated on small- to medium-sized projects like the redevelopment of Loehmann’s Seaport Plaza, a shopping center in Brooklyn's Sheepshead.

Bayrock Group gained traction in the American housing markets and was now in a position to expand. They began looking for projects of a large scale.

Firms led by Arif began to collaborate with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group relocated its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate the expansion of the business.

The decision led to Tevfik and his staff getting together with the Trump Organization. This organization also had the Trump Tower at its base.

Discussions began between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization as both firms discovered that they shared similar interests and goals.

The partnership between both companies saw Trump Organization join Bayrock Group's Spring Street project with Sapir Organization.

The former American President Donald Trump was the president of the Trump Organization at that time.

Tevfik Arif Doyen The group was created under the name of E. Trump and Son by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his dad, Fred Trump, in 1927.

Donald Trump gave control of the company management to his family members in the year 2017, just as he was about for the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's real estate market.

Tevfik arif, the founder, designed an arrangement that gives Spring Street more brand recognition.

He proposed a deal under which the Trump Organization would be given 18% equity and the right to utilize the Trump name on the building's title.

The three companies came to an agreement, and in the year 2006, the very first construction block to be used for Trump SoHo was erected.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo's 46 stories featured top bars and restaurants as well event and banquet rooms, open-air pools events and conference halls, spa departments Apartments and hotel suites.

Visitors and residents of Trump SoHo may enjoy a stunning view of New York City through the building's floor-to-roof windows. They were installed throughout the building.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the exterior designer for Trump SoHo, since the three main organizations behind the structure were focusing primarily on perfection.

Handel Architects are a respected company with a wide portfolio. Handel Architects is a reputable firm with a diverse portfolio. Bayrock National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City and the Rosewood hotel residence in Abu Dhabi are among other undertakings.

The interiors of Trump SoHo were created by Rockwell Group. Over the many years, Rockwell Group has overseen the design of many extravagant cafes, hotels bars, and theaters across the world.

They have worked on the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, India, as also the 93rd Academy Award show in Cyprus and the Amara Hotel Limassol, Cyprus.

Bayrock Group expands the partnership
Trump SoHo was a great immediate success, which led Bayrock Group to expand their collaboration with the Trump Organization.

The goal was to construct structures that resembled Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida, with similar terms to those at Trump SoHo. In exchange for the Trump brand being utilized in their names, it would grant the Trump Organization an 18% part of the building. Again.

Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had all they needed. However, the 2008 financial crisis that severely shook America's real estate market ended their plans.

The American housing market experienced significant changes because of the crisis. Tevfik Aif, founder of Bayrock Group, decided to quit his American ventures. He decided to relocate to Europe, Asia and where he started his career over a decade back.

Bayrock Group no longer has Tevfik, Arif, who is an active member. But, he is an expert advisor to other divisions.
