Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found itself working in Manhattan in conjunction with the Trump Organization.

The two companies formed cooperation. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

At that point, the Trump Organization was managed by former American President Donald Trump.
