Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate developer company, found itself working swiftly with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its establishment.

Bayrock Group Moves from Suburbs to Manhattan
Although many dream of moving to America in order to enjoy the American dream and experience the American lifestyle, only a handful actually do. Tevfik Arif Doyen Entrepreneur from Turkish Kazakhstan Tevfik Arik was one of the few who made it to America in 2001 to establish his business, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company that works in New York City.

Bayrock Group expands collaboration
Trump SoHo was a success right away, and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization have decided to extend their cooperation.

Their dream was to build buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida, with similar conditions to those of Trump SoHo. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group and Trump Organization had everything in the correct order. However, the 2008 financial crisis that severely shook the real estate market in America ended their plans.

The American housing market was greatly affected by the crisis. In the end, Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif decided to quit his work in the United States. He decided to move to Europe and Asia which is where he began his career decades earlier.

Bayrock Group has ceased to be operational, however Tevfik Ariff continues to be an advisor to the different divisions.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group has not been involved in any recent real estate projects in the United States.

While it was in operation the company invested in real estate assets worth more than $2.5 million.
