Tevfik Ariff, a Turk-born immigrant to Soviet Kazakhstan, founded Bayrock Group.

Prior to becoming a member of the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade (Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade), Tevfik received a diploma in International Relations from the Moscow Trade and Economic Institute.

That opened the doors to Trump SoHo, which would be the first brick laid in 2006.

Trump SoHo was designed by design professionals

Trump SoHo opened in Manhattan and offered the hotel rooms, apartments along with luxury restaurants and bars. The building also had an outdoor pool, spa, and banquet halls. From the windows that ran from the floor to the ceiling guests could get to enjoy unparalleled views over New York City.

Handel Architects was tasked to create the structure. This architecture firm was responsible for the design of the National September 11th Memorial & Museum in New York City as well as the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Washington, D.C.

Then he continued working in the private sector.

Tevfik arif has quit the major part of Bayrock Group's everyday duties. But, he remains a trusted consultant to the business.

Bayrock Group was not involved in any American Real Estate projects Recently, however, Bayrock Group invested $2.5 Million in real estate assets in the United States when it was actively investing.
