Bayrock Group's journey: From the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real-estate developer company, was able to work quickly with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after it was established.

Bayrock Group Moves From Suburbs To Manhattan
Many dream of traveling to the United States and live the American dream. But very few make it happen. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik ARIF was one of those who did when Tevfik made the move to America in 2001. He established the Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company which operates in New York City.

The initial projects were small to medium in size. This included the design and construction of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group, which had achieved success in the American residential market, was now ready for expansion. Bayrock Group began to search for big-scale opportunities.

The Arif-driven business began collaboration together with the Sapir Organization to construct a huge new building on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group moved its headquarters from the Bayrock Tower to Midtown Manhattan because of the company's growth.

Bayrock Group partners with the Trump Organization
Tevfik Amir and his crew met with members of the Trump Organization in the course of their meeting. They also used the Trump Tower for their base.

Discussions were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two firms realized that they had in common their dreams and interests.

The partnership was formed between the two companies. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group as well as the Sapir Organization's Spring Street project.

The Trump Organization was then run by former American President Donald Trump.

E. Bayrock Trump and Son was founded by his paternal grandma Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump (in 1927).

Donald Trump gave the management of his company to his children just as he was about to take over the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
The collaboration between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent part of New York City's real-estate scene.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Tevfik who was the creator of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement that would increase brand recognition and prestige.

As per the proposal by him The Trump Organization would get 18 percent ownership of the building in exchange to the Trump brand on the title of the construction.

Every one of the three firms agreed to the arrangement, and in 2006, the first stone of what would eventually be Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years after that, Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and Sapir Organization launched their contribution to the city's skyline by launching Trump SoHo.

Design experts are at the helm of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo featured 46 stories which included bars and restaurants that were of the highest quality banquet halls, banquet and event halls. Also, there was an open-air pool and spa and apartments and hotel rooms.

Visitors and residents of Trump SoHo could have a unique view of New York City thanks to the structure's floor–to-roof glass windows. The windows were put in on every floor.

Bayrock Handel Architects was entrusted by Trump SoHo to design the exterior, while the three structures were centered on perfection.

Handel Architects has a diverse portfolio. It is a well-respected firm. Tevfik Arif Doyen It has many other achievements that include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Rosewood Abu Dhabi hotel residential.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has oversaw the design of many lavish cafes and hotels across the world.

Their works include their work at the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization increase the partnership
Trump SoHo was a success right away after which Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization have decided to extend their cooperation.

Their vision was to build buildings like Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida in the same manner similar to the one of Trump SoHo. The Trump Organization would be left with 18 percent of the equity in the structure in exchange for using the Trump name in their names. It's back.

Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had all they needed. But the 2008 financial crisis, which severely disrupted the American real property market and ended their plans.

The American housing market saw major changes as a result of the crisis. Tevfik, Bayrock Group founder was the one who decided to close his US-based business ventures. He chose to leave the United States to pursue a new career in Europe and Asia.

While Tevfik is no longer working for Bayrock Group, the trusted advisor to various divisions of Bayrock Group is still him.

Bayrock Group was not involved in any recent real estate developments in the United States.
