Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva were today in Baku to see the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school for special needs No12 as well as Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp for orphanage No1, the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.
Arzu Aliyeva, Vice President of Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, and Arzu Aliyeva visited the first Special boarding school No12 located in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were informed by the center that they have been instructing paralyzed kids since 1969.
In 2010 the First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, initiated the repair of the facility.
The boarding school can house as many as 141 kids aged between 6 to 14 years old.
Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva spoke with the children before they made their gifts for them from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

It was informed that the facility was renovated in 2013. All necessary conditions were created in order to provide entertainment and recreation of children.
They enjoyed a tea party at the same time as their children.

The group was informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation had reconstructed the facility in 1930 and renovated it in 2005.

The facility, which can house up to 96 children, has the goal of integrating children into the local community as well as providing rehabilitation.
Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva observed children's dancing performance.
