Arzu Aliyeva, Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President, attended today's special school for boarding No12 in the Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 at Shuvalan settlement. The two also visited the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.
