Bayrock Group's journey: From the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company run by Tevfik Arif. It quickly was incorporated into the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Goes from Suburbs to Manhattan
Many people long to visit the United States and live the American dream. Tevfik Arif But very few are able to make it happen. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ari was there when he founded Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm working in New York City.

The company was initially focused on medium-sized and small projects such as the redesign of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza, a shopping center located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead.

Bayrock Group was able to gain traction on the American housing market. It began to look for large-scale developments.

The Arif-driven companies began working together with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its rapid growth.

Bayrock Group teams up with the Trump Organization
Tevfik arif and his team met the Trump Organization following the relocation. The Trump Organization also had Trump Tower in its base.

Conversations were held between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) as both firms realized they shared desires and goals.

Bayrock The collaboration was established between the two firms. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization's Spring Street project.

The Trump Organization was at that moment managed by the American ex-president Donald Trump.

In 1927, his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization known as E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in 2017 just as he was about to enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's real property market.

Tevfik Arif, the founder of Spring Street was able to come up with an arrangement that would increase brand recognition as well in the prestige of the project.

Design veterans take charge of Trump SoHo

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization expand the partnership
Trump SoHo was a huge success and Bayrock Group and Trump Organization began to consider expanding their cooperation.

The company's dream was to build buildings like Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida with the same conditions they have with Trump SoHo. This would leave the Trump Organization with an 18 percent equity stake in the structure as a trade-off for utilizing the Trump brand in their names. This is a second time.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization had everything in place. They had the ability to plan , however the 2008 financial crisis that severely affected the American real property market slows them down.
