How do you keep boredom at bay when working long hours as a night security guard at an underground facility

The times are hard. It is difficult for me to navigate the new world of gig economy as much as I did in the past. I used to succeed before the pandemic. However, my primary job as a dental assistant was not that difficult. This is why I took on a night-time security officer position at the local machine plant. Most of it is controlled by computers. There are workers in the daytime however, there are only me and 2 engineers work on the night crew. I have emergency number to call if something goes wrong and the machine stops without a visible start time. The next step is to call engineers or dial an outside number to get additional engineers. I don't actually do anything. The thing is, they are not even producing any valuable product, so night time guard is really an attendant on a switchboard..


It's peaceful and I actually love it. It's peaceful, I have difficulty sleeping through the night because of the excessive release of gas and this isn't a problem. I find it boring to spend the night and explore new ways to make it pass faster. yt converter I've spent the last 2 week perfecting the dance I saw in Tik Tok. Although it's not too difficult, it's extremely hard for me to reproduce it. The idea was invented by young Tik Tok girl. I don't know what to call that stuff. I'm old enough.

I've been experimenting with various car repair videos lately. While I'm not sure how to apply them to my car right away, I enjoy watching others create their vehicles to appear impossible to stop. Same goes for any DIY videos - they are often quite informational and simple to view. It was at this point that I realized that there was a problem. My phone would stop functioning, and I could not watch any videos or perform other activities. I was capable of downloading Youtube videos and place them on my smartphone. I was able to view diy videos when the internet went down. You can still watch the video on your smartphone regardless of whether it is streaming on Youtube or else online. If you download video while at work, you can also view it from your smartphone when you don't have internet access. It's as easy as DVR for all your online videos that includes TV shows too.

To my absolute joy I was able download the latest episodes and films onto my laptop. My laptop is so much more efficient than my phone and I can take speakers with it with me when I go to work. I recently signed up with HULU. Now I'm on Netflix. You can download the app, mark it as downloading, then put it away. Within a couple of hours, depending upon the length of the show and the quality options you chose the show will be downloaded and available to watch anytime, even with no internet connection. It takes only 15 minutes to watch TV however it also allows you to catch up on any episode that you missed last night.

You can also find other informative or interesting material at home that you can carry with you when working. This will make the time fly by much quicker. YouTube's webinars are great. However, it's hard to stay focused on the topic even when interrupted many times. If you're not sure, I will explain. In such situations I once again try to prepare at home, download YouTube video as an mp4 file on my laptop, and then watch it any time at work, no restrictions on wifi, no wifi needed at all The file is stored on my laptop as a DVR, nothing can go bad, spotty wifi doesn't matter as it's not a requirement for me in this situation.

My son goes working with me. It's those days when my wife is working night shifts, making it difficult for us to remain at home with our son. I bring him along and put him in front of the computer's screens to watch my own work. In a matter of hours, he's asleep. I then hand him my laptop, which includes a couple of music videos I've downloaded, and he is able to watch the crazy young performers on the screen. I'm happy to do my work on the phone, but he wakes up. This is how we can work together more effectively, doing our individual things. He likes to come to my house with me. It could be because he stays up late, which is what children need.
