Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer, and television presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The business, also called Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria. He has impressed millions across the globe with his unique interpretation of God's Word.

The Reverend brother of Ken (the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. KattyWorghiren, the director of LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry is home of several top-selling gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters, Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon follows in in her father's footsteps of sharing God’s Word with the world. As well as being known by CSO, she has been an award-winning, talented gospel singer and is part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to pursue studies at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There was he obtained an BSc. in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Ambrose Ali University was the location where he was able to feel God calling him to become an ordained minister to the Lord.

Pastor Chris: The Mentor
While in the university The Man of God began what would turn out to be the biggest church in the world. It began as an uninvolved group of believers called 'Youth for Christ'. The group would later grow to be the foundation of LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with a later number of millions of followers worldwide.

The LoveWorld ministry under the direction of Pastor Chris, became the first pioneer of satellite television and Christian TV programming. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel to be broadcast 24/7 from Africa via free-to -air networks. Today, LoveWorld stations can be found on satellite and cable television networks throughout the world.
