The long journey home for Thanksgiving is always interesting. I always bring my lectures with me.
This is what's been happening in my life lately. While I'm still not in university, but I am on the internet, I'm learning many knowledge points that will help me with my next goal - becoming a Youtube celebrity or Instagram influencer. My total followers are close to 1800. It's funny to think about this, but I have already started my journey. This isn't a lot, but it can be accomplished with lots of positive thinking and exclusive content packed with amazing ideas. I will soon become that celebrity. As Nas said a long time ago, if you put your focus on it, you'll be where You want to be. I've always admired his words.

The long and boring trip home for the holidays promised to be as monotonous as the other. Being bulky, I hate being trapped in a small bus seat. The last time I was stuck, I made a decision to overcome boredom. True! My college offers two different courses with lots of lectures that are stored on their own servers however, they also have them on Youtube for those who cannot adequately handle the speed of their HD videos, and so Youtube provides a range of quality alternatives, which were always beneficial to my professors and they also copied their lectures to Youtube.

Here I am, getting ready for an eight hour bus ride. I'm contemplating what I can do, and how I can have fun, or maybe some work. I went through my lectures again and found that there were more than 7 hours of video. I was able to download the lecture to my Ipad, and I could simply listen to the lecture on the bus to get home for Thanksgiving. YouTube MP3 converter was an excellent tool for me to accomplish this. I first converted the Youtube video into an mp3 and then transferred it to my phone in the event that my iPad died due to age. Audio was the only option available to my phone. It's not a lot of space, and audio lectures are just like podcasts. Everything is explained like viewers are two to three years old. It's easy to understand even when you're not watching or listening. I downloaded the videos as mp3 files and then set my headphones. I used the old and cheap headphones I had, and I did not buy the new Airpods for a price that was high.

I also saved YouTube videos to my iPad in MP4s. This was a great help in the early hours of the trip. Video is great as you can see the teacher doing what he is doing and what is going on. Other than that, it's just another podcast. But, MP3s can be smaller than video MP4 and I couldn't fit the entire 7hr of video on my iPad. http://www.ubiqueict.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=user&id=3904421 In addition, I did not want the Hulu app season of Family Guy that I had downloaded for this trip.


In the end I was really happy I brought the lectures both as audio and video.. My iPad stopped working after 2hrs, the phone stepped in. I was listening to audio but not viewing the video, so it was able to make it to my destination. It was easy to refresh the information I had learned on my travels, and then amaze my instructor by sharing my knowledge in class. It's amazing what technology can assist in making it easier to study. Youtube and other video storage websites offer an endless amount of videos, tutorials, as well as DIY tutorials. This is something to consider.
