Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. After his primary and second education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.

While still enrolled at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome got involved in the ministry. Oyakhilome At the time the Believers' World Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC rapidly grew and eventually became the largest college fellowship. The InnerCity Mission to children is an evangelical nongovernmental Organisation. The organization was founded in 2005 in order to help vulnerable, weak, orphaned children in the world.

The foundation aids these children and their communities by implementing sustainable and inclusive interventions, which include child development programmes, childcare programmes, family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.

BFAM has successfully distributed hundreds of thousands of free Rhapsody Bibles to prisons, hospitals and hospitals as well as communities in several countries such as South Africa and Nigeria.
