Sub: Resignation
Ma'am,
This email is to notify you that I am resigning my position as ATL at Dabhand Solutions Pvt Ltd., effective from 08th of July. As per the agreement and contract, I am ready to serve my notice period days.
I have spent almost one and a half year here, and I will deeply miss being associated with this Company. I extend my hearty gratitude to this organization for giving me the opportunity to grow and hone my skills. My experience as a Sales Executive Agent and Assistant Team Leader was incredible. I have gained the knowledge of sales and team leading, while working here but now I think i am unable to fulfill the requirements of your company and my achievements are getting low day by day. My entire team and colleagues have always helped me during my tenure. I am especially grateful to Himanshu Sir and Prajjwal Sir who always helped me and beinged supportive for me.
Before my departure, I will ensure that I'll do my duties properly and do not let our company's daily target down. I hope that my resignation will not cause any inconvenience, and I am sure that you will find my replacement soon. If I can be of any help in the training of my substitute, do let me know.
