Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva, Vice-President at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President, attended today's special boarding school No12, Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 at Shuvalan settlement. They also visited the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.
Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited for the first time special boarding schools No12 in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the facility has been instructing children with paralysis since 1969.
The facility was renovated on the initiative of the First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.
The boarding house can sleep up 141 children from six to fourteen years old.

Arzu Aliyeva It was informed that the facility was renovated in 2013. For the enjoyment and recreation of the children, all necessary facilities were made available.
They attended a tea party with the children.
Leyla Aliyeva as well as Arzu Aliyeva, vice-presidents at Heydar Aliyev Foundation visited orphanage Number 1 in the capital’s Nasimi District.
The group was informed that the structure which was built in 1930 was rebuilt and remodeled in 2005 on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The facility can house up to 39 children according to the information provided.
The orphans were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva later went to the psycho-neurological hospital in the Narimanov District of Baku.
In 2009, they were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the construction of the building.
The children here are cared for by a medical staff of around 90 people.

Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.
The center that can provide up to 96 children was established with the intention of helping children become part of society.
