Communication is a major problem. It is a minefield caused by us. It begins a second after we make the first contact with another person and ends with a stunning explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations from both sides. We don't attempt to get inside our partner's thoughts to find the expectations he has. There is however one thing that we almost always are in agreement on: he won't miss the chance ....to increase the expectations gap There's no one on the planet to warn us of the imminent confrontation.

There are many reasons that could lead to confusion. People with square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with people who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will be unable to reconcile their expectations and the expectations of passive people. It is simple to recognize that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive individuals can be distinguished from passive.

What is the likelihood that they're so different, only they cannot realize that. It is possible that there is a personality gap between them that exists however, we aren't aware about it. There is no one who has noticed it, warned others about it, investigated it...NOT be a FRAUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to the different personality types The FULL and the Half Circle personality! !

Here we begin...
Two types of human beings exist. Some people are 'full-circle' that is an independent person who is completely at home being all by himself. He does want to be a part of a group and, the truth is, he's always seeking people to share his life with. Absolutely! It's all true ... He can still survive without his ideal partner. Once he has found his dream partner He wants to live his life shoulder-to-shoulder with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.
The other side of humanity is made up of "half-a-circle" kind of people - (no, it's not full circles that have been damaged in the course of the delivery) - ... It's true they are in need of partners and yes, they need an ally desperately, yes, they are constantly searching, even religious, for a partner... and yes it's as important as matters of national security that they locate their ideal partner as they can't live without one. Once they've found the miserable animal, they will not give up! They will work to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. They'll not be compromising on being able to stare at each others for the rest of their lives. Their desire to be one with their spouse and make a complete unit can only be fulfilled by something less intimate.

A fascinating observation about the two types: the choice to let go of a partner. The whole circle will typically be the first to let go of a companion with whom they have lost their chemistry rapidly. However, half-circle types alter the definition of chemistry between two people to mean "I hold onto this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him with an upgrade."

Imagine the amazing dance happening in the moment two people, a "half-a-circle" and the "full-circle" are trying to make one each other the other's partner, but not conscious of their distinct geometries. The Half takes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full who considers this unwelcome invasion into his own personal space a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by removing the Half of his comfortable zone . When the Half thinks that the Full has made an error of his own and then responded with a step forward the Half begins to become annoyed and take a step backwards.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They are aware of the reason, but due to in the absence of a proper term, they cannot properly explain their agony and they turn to the wrong places! They could be a lot easier for them to live if they knew the difference between half and full.
While this piece is not meant to be a complete guideline, there are some steps you can take.

1. Find out who you are as a person.
2. Find out more about your friend
3. Recognize that there is a big difference.
3. Respect that difference!
