It is crucial to be patient when selecting your dream. The most crucial step in making sure you succeed with your new venture is to be certain that it is the right choice for you. You must be genuinely passionate about the dream and believe it will be successful. What's more important than your business decision is the degree to which you believe in the idea. Once you've started your process, don't be afraid to make adjustments as you go. Better to adjust and fix issues in the beginning of a project before you have invested more money.

Rami Beracha's advice for students of Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his own personal experience. Rami Beracha chose to study law when he was a young person. Though he wasn't sure if it was the best career choice, he pursued his legal studies, earned an MBA in New York and worked as an intern for an international law firm. He realized that he had a love more in business than law when he was working at a Wall Street law firm. He resigned from his job and then he relocated to France to complete an MBA.

As per Beracha's business strategy, the new fund states: "We know technology, but we also invest in people who are mission-driven". They are looking for passionate firms to help blockchain achieve its place at the forefront of innovative new concepts that will accelerate the pace of change in the world.

Beracha is planning to launch a Middle Eastern fund for venture capital. Following the Abraham Accords that Israel and the United Arab Emirates recently signed, he believes it is the perfect opportunity to invest in the Arab market. Dubai is a prosperous and modern city to start. The new fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will unite Israeli as well as European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robotics. The United Arab Emirates offers a unique outlook on business. Because of its low business tax, and extremely business-friendly laws, the UAE will likely be a magnet for many companies in the future.

Rami Beracha
He was through one of the most difficult times of his life and his hospitalization was the culmination of that. He couldn’t move and was overcome by sadness and depression. He was unsure of who he was anymore and all his hopes of advancing his army career were gone. Rami was able to recover from his injuries and was able to continue living even if it meant he had to give the dream of his life. He decided to become even stronger and more efficient than he was prior to his injuries. Rami decided to try out extreme sports. He has now discovered kitesurfing and snowboarding, and has even been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. He believes that his self-confidence and unbeatable spirit from his past is propelling him forward as he strives to improve himself.
Rami is a volunteer and gives to numerous organizations. Rami is passionate about helping young combat wounded soldiers. Rami was part of a team that suffered injuries while serving in the army on a Nepal trip in the year 2016. He was elevated to the rank of major in both the Israeli paratrooper ranks, as well as the fire brigades. In spite of the challenges he had to face, his dreams were realized when he was a teenager. His story and passion can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami did not let his injuries to stop him; he continued learning and trying different things until he was more resilient than ever before.
