Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't want to read our partner's thoughts to find out what his expectations are. One thing we can be sure of that our partner doesn't miss any opportunity to increase this expectation gap . And no one is there to warn us of the coming confrontation.
There are many potential causes of miscommunication. Most are due to differences in our personalities. Individuals with squares are likely to miscommunicate with those who are liberal, while people who are aggressive may have difficult to align expectations with passive ones. However, this is not difficult to identify as we are all aware of the distinction between liberal and squared and passive from active.
What if they're completely different? Imagine that there's a type of a personality gap that exists, but we are not aware of. No one has ever discovered it or warned about it, investigated it...NOT even been frightened! !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me present to you an entirely different kind of personality: The FULL versus the HALF CIRCLE people! !

Humans are split into two. There are two types of people: the 'full circle' type, who is totally self-contained and feels completely at ease being alone. He requires a companion. Absolutely! The "half-a circle" type is the other aspect of humankind. (No this isn't a the full-circle type that was damaged in the birth). They won't let go of the savage creature after they have found it. In order to make one happy circle, they will almost integrate with the victims... but do not let them go through the absurdity of living together! The Halves aren't going to compromise their affection for one another. They will stare at each other in the same way from a distance for the remainder of the time. Their desire to become one with their spouse and make a complete unit can only be satisfied by an intimate relationship.
One interesting difference between the two is the decision to let go a partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner with whom he has lost his chemistry quickly. Half-circle people, however, redefine what 'having mutually in chemistry with their partners' to mean - 'im holding on to this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance that occurs when two people in a "half" and "full" circle attempt to be their counterparts. They're not aware of their differences. The Half takes two leaps forward, well beyond the comfort zone of his Full who finds the sudden intrusion into his personal space a little too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He took the Half out of his comfort zone . Even though the Half believes that the Full was innocent and made a wrong move, and he was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to get angry. They are unable to describe their feelings and have no idea why. They could have saved themselves if they had known the difference between Full and Half.
There is no single conclusion to this essay , but there are a few action items:
