Rami Beracha believes, even in the Coronavirus Economic, there are numerous investment opportunities.

Pick a dream you are interested in. Make sure you take your time. It is crucial to ensure you pick the right path. The idea must inspire your enthusiasm and faith in its possibility. You are convinced of the concept behind the venture you choose. This is even more important than the venture you choose. After you have begun the journey, don't be afraid to make changes as you progress. Better to fix and change things at the beginning rather than spend more time and money.
Rami Beracha
Rami Beracha's suggestions to students at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya is inspired by his personal experiences. When he was a young man Rami was adamant about pursuing a law degree. Though he wasn't sure whether it was the right decision for him, he continued to pursue law school and earned a Master’s in New York. He then worked overseas in a law firm. However, through his work at the Wall Street law firm, it became apparent that he was interested in business, more than law. He quit his job, and he moved to France to pursue an MBA.
After graduating in the year 1996, Beracha began working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the biggest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango invests in companies at their early stages, developing key areas of high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments and has had more than 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. Over the next 18 years, the company handled several deals that resulted in successful exits at Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
It didn't end there. In 2011 Globes awarded Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, recognizing him as the influential investor he was becoming. Rami initiated a new project known as Sosa in 2014. Sosa hosts the innovation centers in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they work with entrepreneurs from around the world and help the most innovative companies in high tech. Sosa was recently selected to be the director of the New York City cyber center.

Rami Beracha's challenging Past
Rami Beracha
Even though Rami Beracha appears to have been successful in every project he has set his mind on, his path was not an easy one. Like many Israelis, Beracha joined the army when he was a young man. He served in the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and fought during the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission to aid wounded soldiers in a dangerous minefield, joined the Paratrooper's Brigade following the end of the war. Rami however, fell on a mine hidden beneath his feet. He was seriously injured.
He was admitted to the hospital for rehabilitation, which was among the most challenging times in his life. He couldn't move and sunk into depression and despair. The dreams of becoming an officer in the Army were not realized and he lost all sense of his self. Rami was able to recover from his injuries and was able to keep living, even if it meant giving up on his dreams. Rami made a decision to make his life better and more enjoyable than it was prior to the injuries. Rami pushed himself to try different extreme sports. He loves kitesurfing, snowboarding and kitesurfing. He has also trekked up Mount Kilimanjaro. Sometimes, he feels that his unwounded past is pushing him ahead, even as the effort to get better.
Rami makes donations to and participates in numerous organizations and is committed to helping young soldiers, just like him, who have been injured during combat. Rami led an army unit that assisted injured soldiers on a 2016 trip to Nepal. He rose to the rank major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in 2018. He had dreams when he was a young man and they were able to come through despite the numerous difficulties. His story and the passion he has for his cause provide a powerful inspiration to anyone who comes across them. Rami did not let his injuries hinder him from learning new things and he grew stronger every day.
