The biggest error we make is always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations on both sides. We don't try to get inside our partner's thoughts to find the expectations he has. We're usually fully in agreement with our partner , with the exception of one aspect : he doesn’t take advantage of the opportunity to expand this gap . There's no one to inform us of the upcoming confrontation.
There are many sources of miscommunications and they are mostly due to our individual personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with those who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will be unable to reconcile their expectations and the expectations of passive people. This isn't difficult to recognize as we are all aware of the distinction between squared and liberal, and passive from active.
But, they may not even realize they are so different. It is possible that there an in-between between them yet we do not know about it. It is not something that anybody has researched or even discovered. !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduced you to a new type of personality that we all share: The FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE types! !

Be aware that this is not a form of behavioral guidance. After you have read the analysis, you should try to determine which type of persona best represents your personality. At the same time you should determine the person who your partner in real life is. If you find that you're distinct types, then you should be satisfied. It could be the reason for many of your differences. If you're of the same type as me, then I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help with understanding why your relationships are awfully terrible.

Two distinct groups of people can be classified as human. Some of us are the 'full-circle' types who are self-contained and is completely comfortable completely by themselves. Sure, he needs a partner. Absolutely! It is all true ... But, he won't be able survive without the right companion. He will live his life with his new partner once he finds one.

The "half of a circle" people on the other side are those who need an accomplice. And once they have found the terrible creature, they do not let them go! To form the illusion of a happy circle, they will try to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves aren't content with anything less than looking at one another from a distance for the rest. Their desire to become one with their partner and make a complete unit can only be satisfied by an intimate relationship.
One of the most fascinating observations between kinds is the way they choose to leave their companion. The complete circle will usually let go quickly of the person they've lost their chemistry. The half-circle kind of person will redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They'll claim that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with a more effective upgrade.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs that occurs when two "half a-circle" and a "full-circle" are trying to make each other, but without being aware of their distinct geometrical shapes. The Half is smiling and makes two steps ahead. The Full considers this unwelcome invasion to be slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he did this by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone . When the Half believes that the Full has made an error that was not his fault and responded with a step forward the Half becomes annoyed and take a step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They know why but for lack of proper terminology they are unable to adequately explain their plight and turn to the wrong direction! If they had known that one half is a Half and the other one is Full, it could have saved them ...

1. Discover who you really are
2. Find out who your true partner is
3. Recognize the difference.
3. Be respectful of the differences!
