Rami Beracha's suggestions for students studying at Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his own personal experiences. Rami began his law studies at the age of teenager. He was not certain if he wanted to study law, however he pursued his studies and obtained a Master's degree in New York. After that, he worked in the international law firm. He realized that his love was more in business rather than law after his stint at the Wall Street law office. Therefore, he decided to leave his job and moved to France to pursue an MBA.

Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha began working at the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the largest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango concentrates on companies that are in their initial stages developing core areas of high-tech with more than 200 investments and 85 exits so far. Rami became managing partner of Pitango in the year 2000. He was instrumental in negotiating several deals that led to successful exits for fortune 500 companies like Broadcom as well as Marvel, Cisco, and Apple in the following 18 years.

The new fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will join Israeli as well as European Investors to support UAE high tech companies that specialize in virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and robotics. While Rami Beracha appears to have succeeded in every endeavor that he's set his eyes on, his road has not been easy. Beracha like many Israelis, entered the army as a young soldier. He became a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and participated in the Lebanon War. Rami was part a rescue team that was sent out to assist soldiers injured in a minefield. This happened shortly after the war had ended. Rami was fortunate to have fallen on a hidden mining and suffered a broken foot as well as a swollen hand.
His stay in hospital rehabilitation was among the most challenging times of his entire existence. He was not able to move, and he fell into desperation and depression. All his dreams of building his army career were lost to him, and he was unsure of what he truly was. Rami managed to overcome his suffering and find the motivation to live and chase new goals. He resolved to be stronger and more efficient than he was prior to his injuries. Rami decided to explore other extreme sports. Today, he enjoys snowboarding and kitesurfing, as well as hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro. As he continues to better himself, he sometimes feels as if his old self who was never wounded is making him go faster.

He makes donations and volunteers in numerous organizations. He is extremely dedicated to helping young men, just like him suffered injuries in battle. Rami was part of a group of injured soldiers to Nepal in the year 2016, and he was awarded the rank of major.
