It's a huge problem when people don't understand. It's a minefield we created. It starts within a few seconds after coming into contact with someone and then ends with an amazing explosion...
The biggest error we make is to believe that we're completely in sync in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. We're almost always in total alignment with our partner except for one thing that he does not overlook the chance to increase the gap in expectations . We're not notified by anyone.
There are many reasons that could lead to miscommunications. Squared personalities are more likely than liberal individuals to be misinformed, while people who are aggressive might have difficulties in coordinating expectations with passive. This is simple to spot and everyone is aware of that they are squared from liberal and passive from aggressive.

But what if they are completely different? Imagine to yourself that there's a type of personality gap that exists, but which is not even noticed by us. It has never been discovered and has never been reported or investigated by anyone. !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen to an entirely new kind of personality we all share The FULL CIRCLE personality in contrast to the half-circular personalities. !

Two categories of human beings can be classified as being human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category that is a person who is totally independent and does not feel like he needs to have a partner. He requires a companion. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he'll never be able to live without the right companion. Once he has found his ideal partner and is ready to spend his entire life with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite aspect of humankind. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during the delivery). They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their unhappy lover. They'll try to physically integrate their victim into a happy circle. The Halves don't want to sacrifice anything other than staring one at the other from a zero distance throughout their lives. Nothing less intimate will fulfill their desire to be integrated with one another and form an entire.
A fascinating observation of the two types relates to the decision to let go of an individual partner. A partner who has lost their chemistry within the circle will be let go easily by the entire circle. The "half-a-circle" kind of person will redefine the meaning of having the same chemistry as their partners. They'll say they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a more effective upgraded version.

Imagine a dance in which two half-circles and a complete circle try to make their partner feel happy. But, the Half is able to take two steps forward past the safety zone. The sudden invasion of his private space can be somewhat scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by that he pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone. Once .... The Half is certain that the Full made an innocent mistake. When he take a step to make up for it with a step forward. However, the Full begins to be irritated and take a further, more significant step to the back.. The Half starts to think that there's something wrong about what's going on this time and his next move is not gentle at all.. the Full.. the Half.. the Full and the half are pissed of off each other. They are unable to describe their feelings and have no idea why. They could have saved themselves by knowing the distinction between Half and Full.
Although there isn't a single answer, there are many options to take.
