Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha

Rami Beracha is the blogger for this blog. This blog is all about venture capital. Rami is co-founder of Sosa.
It's a major issue that people do not understand. It's a minefield that we've made. It starts a second after the first contact with another person and is concluded with an impressive explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations from both sides. We don't try to get inside the thoughts of our partner to figure out what his expectations are. One thing we do agree on is that our partner doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap ..... We don't require anyone to warn us about the upcoming conflict.
There are a variety of reasons that lead to confusion, and many of them stem from our personalities. The square personality is more likely to not communicate with people who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will struggle to align their expectations with the expectations of passive people. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive can be distinguished from passive.
What if they were different? Imagine to yourself that there's a type of a personality gap that exists but that we don't know about. It's never been discovered or reported on or even investigated by anyone. !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen to an entirely new kind of personality we all share The FULL CIRCLE personality in contrast to the half-circular individuals. !
Note - This is a behavioral guide. If you go through the following article, try to identify which type of personality best describes you. Additionally, you should find out who your partner is in your life. If you find that you are of two different types, as Bono says "we're two, but not the same" If you do, then you ought to feel happy. You may have found the reason behind some of the differences between you! If you're in the same category as me, then I'm sorry, but I can't assist you in understanding why your relationships appear to be awfully bad.
Let's get started...
Rami Beracha
Humans can be classified into two distinct groups. There are those who are "full-circle' who are a self-contained person who is completely at home all by himself. It's true that he wants to be around someone else, and he's looking for one. Absolutely! It's true! ... He is still able to survive without his dream partner. Once he has found his dream partner He wants to live his life shoulder-to-shoulder with his hopefully complete circle of friends.

Others are those who are "half-acircle" kind of people. They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their miserable companion. They'll try to live with the victim as if were one of them and refuse to give up the idea of living in harmony. The Halves will never sacrifice their love for each other. They will stare at each one another in the same manner from a distance for the rest of their lives. Their desire to become one with their spouse and create a whole will only be satisfied by something less intimate.
One of the most fascinating observations between kinds is the way they choose to let go of their partner. The full circle will naturally release themselves quickly from an individual he no longer has chemistry with. Half-circles, however redefine what having mutual chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance that happens when two people in a "half" and "full" circle attempt to be their partners. They're unaware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, well beyond the comfort zone of his Full who finds this sudden invasion of his personal space too scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he has stepped out of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was convinced that the Full had made an innocent mistake, the Half begins getting angry and takes a step backward. They aren't sure why, but they lack proper terms and are unable to explain the situation. They go to the wrong areas. The victims could have been saved had they known that the item they're searching for is Half and the other is full.
While there's no one conclusion, there are a few actions you can do.
Rami Beracha
1. Discover who you are.

2. Find out who your partner is

3. Realize there is a difference.
3. Respect that distinction!

One conclusion is: Live and let live.
