Communication is one of the biggest issues. It's like a minefield. It begins seconds after our first encounter with someone, and culminates in an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is that, for no good reason, we almost always presume that there is a complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's brain to determine what his expectations of us. One thing we can agree on is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... We don't even need anyone to warn us about the coming conflict.
There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunication. Many of them stem from the differences in our personalities. People who are square are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. Affirmative personalities might have difficulty aligning expectations with passive personalities. This isn't difficult to spot - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

But, what if they are very different, only they cannot be aware of it. You can imagine that there is a personality gap between them, but we don't know about it. It has never been discovered, reported on, or even investigated by anyone. !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen, to an entirely new kind of personality we all share the FULL CIRCLE characters versus those of the HALF-CIRCLE people. !

Note : This is a guide to behavior. If you go through the analysis below Try to figure out which personality most accurately describes you. Two types of people are human. Certain of us are split into two groups that are self-contained while others are completely at home alone. Yes, he does need the support of a partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... He is still able to survive without the perfect partner. Once he has found the person of his dreams, he wants to share his life with his hopefully complete circle - partner.

The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during the delivery). Once they have found the miserable animal that they have found, they will not let go of it. To form the illusion of a happy circle, they'll try to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to gaze at each one from a distance that is zero for the rest of their lives. They'll never compromise on anything less intimate to satisfy their desire to connect with each other and make a complete.
Interesting observation between these two types: the decision to let a partner go. The full circle will naturally be able to let go of an individual he no longer has chemistry with. The 'half-a circle' type will however redefine what it means to have an enmity with their partner. They'll claim that they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a better version.
Imagine the incredible dance that happens when the "half" and "full" circle try to be their counterparts. They're not aware of their distinctions. The Half takes two leaps forward, far beyond the comfort zone of his Full, who thinks the sudden intrusion into his personal space too scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he took half of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was certain that the Full was making an innocent error, the Half begins getting angry and takes a step in the opposite direction. They know why but for the lack of proper language, they cannot properly explain their plight and turn towards the wrong directions! They could have avoided their own misery if they had known the difference between Full and Half.
While there isn't any one conclusion, there are several actions that can be taken.
1. Find out more about who you are
2. Find out who your partner is
3. Be aware of the difference.
