It's a big problem that people do not understand. It's like an open-air minefield. It begins just a second after we make the first contact with someone and ends with a spectacular explosion...
The biggest mistake we make is that we assume total alignment in each other's expectations and do not even try to comprehend our partner's expectations. One thing we do agree on is that our partner doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap ..... There's no one to inform us of the coming clash.

There are many causes that can cause communication issues. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while people who are aggressive might have difficulties aligning expectations with passive. This is evident the difference between squared from liberals, and aggressive individuals can be distinguished from passive.
But, they may not be aware that they're different. Imagine if there's an individual gap. No one has ever detected it and warned others about it, investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduced you to a new type of personality we all share: The FULL CIRCLE versus the HALF CIRCLE personality! !
Note: This study provides the ability to make better decisions about your behavior. Determine the personality that best defines your personality, and then try to find out who your partner is. If you find that you're of two different types, then you should be happy. This could be the reason behind the differences you have. There are two types of human beings: humans. Some of us can be divided into two groups: some are self-contained, while others are completely at ease in their own space. Yes, he needs to be around someone else, and yes, he's always seeking one. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, he won't be able survive without a suitable partner. He will continue to live his life side by side with his new partner once the time comes to find one.
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of the human race. Once they have found the miserable creature and they are unable to ever let it go! They will move to almost physically join their victim in order to create one happy circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder to shoulder! The Halves will not accept anything less than looking at each other from a distance of zero distance. Nothing less intimate can satisfy their urge to integrate with one another and form a whole.
An interesting distinction between the two types of people is the decision to leave an individual partner. The complete circle will usually be quick to let go of the partner with whom they've lost chemistry. The half-circle types are, however, will redefine the definition of having mutual chemistry with their companions and say 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, when a "half circle" and a "full-circle" are trying to create one another, but without being aware of their distinct geometries. The Half smiles and makes two steps ahead. The Full considers this unwelcome invasion to be somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was sure the Full had made an error that was innocent and the Full was sure of it, the Half gets annoyed and makes another step backward. They are aware of the reason, but due to in the absence of a proper term, they cannot properly explain their plight and turn to the wrong direction! The victims could have been saved if they had known that the answer they're looking for is Half and the other one is full.
There isn't a single answer to this essay. However, there are a few action items:
