(8) terkadang, ketika bertanya, admin tidak menjawabnya dengan lengkap. Terkadang, harus saya mengecek ulang apakah itu pertanyaan yang jawabannya bisa dicari atau tidak, kadang saya sudah mencari namun tidak ditemukan.

(8.5) sering online dan memberikan info info.

(7) terkadang mereka terlalu cuek. Kadang mereka berkubu juga. Kalau dibilang ramah sih ya tentu ramah, namun terkadang unfriendly dengan member member yang jarang online atau memiliki interest berbeda (terutama saat ooc time)
