Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva visit several facilities in Baku

Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva arrived in Baku for a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school for special needs No12 as well as Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp at orphanage No1, Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.

Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were informed by the center that it has been teaching children with disabilities since the year 1969.

The facility was repaired at the initiative of the First Lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.

The boarding school is able to accommodate as many as 141 kids aged between 6 to 14 years old.

Before making the Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifts, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva spoke to the children.

Arzu Aliyeva was at the Shuvalan settlement summer camp for the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice President Leyla Aliyeva.

It was discovered that the facility had been renovated in 2013. The facility was outfitted with all the equipment for children's enjoyment and recreation.

They hosted a tea party together with the kids.

Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva also visited orphanage No.1 in the capital's Nasimi District.

They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the reconstruction and remodeling of the 1930-built facility.

Arzu Aliyeva and Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva talked to the children.

As mentioned above the facility is able to accommodate up to 39 children.

Arzu Aliyeva Children of the orphanage were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Leyla Aliyeva was Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage.

The facility was informed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the facility was rebuilt in 2009.

A total of 90 members of the medical team care for the children of 103.

Children were given gifts by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva Leyla and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.

It was stated that the facility, which can accommodate up to 96 children, is aimed at integrating children into the local community as well as helping them to recover.
