Purpose:
Sir/ma'am we all know that currently exams are going on hence I've called to help your kid to score and end academics on a good note but for that i need to know about your kid's academic performance. Please pay your attention help me to understand your kid's performance

6. Past 2 yrs no classes so in your school is that zoom class or WhatsApp class?
7. Obviously you would've attended some classes along with your kid right?
8. Difference between offline and your school online class
9. How much time does class go on?

Previously we were conducting these sessions in schools such as DPS and KV for 100's of parents but you tell me will it be possible for you to attend during this pandemic?

14. After getting OTP tell them name of counselor.

This counselor has met 12 students in last month who faced similar kind of problems now we're getting a positive feedback from them about child's interest towards studies has been improved!
