Может, этот "механизм" сработал куда медленнее в отличии от того, что я помню, но мне всё запомнилось именно так, и знаете, я в это верю.
Помню, мне ещё в школе намекал учитель, что можно читать не про себя, а пытаться читать вслух, с запинками, но я просто не могла, потому что все слова произносила вслух практически моментально. В то время она меня так бесила, что казалось, она пытается меня принизить до отвратительного уровня чтения первоклассников (вот такая я вот зазнайка была), и примерно до 4-5 класса меня бесили так же и одноклассники, потому что я не понимала, как можно читать так медленно и отвратительно, в то время, как меня вечно хвалила за преуспевания классная руководительница...
Ну да ладно, не буду хвастаться, просто закончу.
