3rd - what does this mean for me, would including it on cv make it look worse or would not including it be worse
going back to cardiff, what would be the best way to go about looking for jobs other than websites like indeed
how to figure out what i wanna work as and where
i was thinking of finance but its not a concrete plan - noticed some issues such as most finance jobs on indeed requiring higher grades or more commonly, a lot of work experience - are there just no jobs available
was thinking of online courses such as AAT or ACA but dont wanna invest money in case this isnt the field i wanna go into - would these courses help improve my desirability overall or just for that field
would getting a part time job whilst looking for another, more 'main job' be appropriate/good?
graduate schemes/programmes - employers would want classifications - fixed term contract between 1-3 years at a company who will train you in many things
graduate jobs - dont often need classification - just a job that needs a degree, not a training program
for a cv, maybe have education lower down to make it less obvious, dont need to put a degree classification
look to go for informal work experience/internships - maybe go for smaller companies. speculative approach - approach companies and ask if they can provide work experience - might give heads up on what i need to do or any upcoming schemes for hiring new people.
look on company websites and get in touch with them personal
Don't do online courses until i ascertain if im dedicated to working in that field
Getting work experience is the best way to determine if i want to work at a company, also can attend online events or company hosted events - webinars, recruitment events etc
Set up a linkedin account - good for professional networking, set up general job site accounts - gradcracker for stem graduates,
