Reset the store
If the troubleshooting method didn't work, we suggest resetting the store. Click on the Start button, then type wsreset. Click the Run command entry, and the black box will appear. It is best to wait until the black box disappears and the store is opened again.
Next, open Settings and then click Apps. In the search bar, find the Microsoft Store. Click on it and then choose Advanced Options. Scroll down and select Reset. You will have to sign in again.
