Songs with 80 to 90 BPM let me warm-up and to increase my energy. Gradually, I increase the BPM to songs with 5-10 beats/minute. And then I slow down at 130-140 depending on how I feel. It's up to you. Sometimes, I include trampoline. It's great to exercise indoors however my wife is constantly watching.

So my running mix or more accurately, my exercise mix is approximately 2 hours long it develops to a point where I am getting faster and faster as I run more quickly and faster, that's why I've added more steps, made it more complex, etc. It's very easy to master and is highly recommended. This helped me lose around 10% - 15 percent of the weight I was carrying previously. I often download long DJ mixes from Youtube when I am making the mix for a long period of time. They're usually perfect beginning slow, and build up to crazy endings. These mixes include a measure from the DJ so that everything is as fast or slow as it should be. You don't have to download Youtube videos in order to convert them into MP3, but it's a standard procedure. Share your downloads but do not share them with anyone.
