How to keep current with music from your native country even if it's been 10 years since you last left.

How you are doing? I am an Russki youth who came to America to seek a better life. I was very poor back in Russia. ytmp3 converter -- I was not even far from the middle class. I never had a lot of money. It wasn't me however, my family. Russia was a country where young adults didn't require money until they were older. So, we had to find new methods to make money. There are a lot of schemes that resemble alcohol users asking their friends for money for their communal vodka bottles. Like the above we were always looking for ways to earn quick cash and even buy bread for a loaf. We would always be hungry.

So, I came to America. But is nowhere as beautiful as New York, Brooklyn, Brighton Beach. This is a place that reminds me of home. It's loud and dirty the people are rude and it's full Russian speech. There is a lot to do, including going to Russian music and bookstores.

Music is my passion and books are my favorite. As it turns out, it's easy to find Russian literature via Kindle. I stopped buying books in hardcopy. Plus, I don’t have much space in my home and my wife is a total hoarder. Therefore, I do to stay away from buying new books. Although piles and piles of books looked smart in the beginning, when they got older, they looked dull and dreary. After that, I moved them into my garage.

Music is a different matter. Since my work requires driving a lot I also listen to a lot of music. Although I'm a Russian-born immigrants, I'm not a fan of American music. I'm not a fanof hip hop or rap. and all the trendy songs that children love to dance to.. I really like the old Russian music, also the songs from jail which are unique to the Russian music culture. They are still popular in Russia even after 20 years. They don't get on CDs, they're mostly tapes that are found in cars, and videos on Youtube. Yes, they put everything on Youtube nowadays. You are able to find me on YouTube all day long, even after work.


After a while I was able create a lengthy playlist of over 300 songs which I thoroughly enjoy. When I play this music on repeat day and night I'm having no trouble becoming accustomed to music since there are 300 songs. That's quite a number. However, when I want to listen to them in my car I don't have Internet to spare. I'm in need of it and to navigate. I make the tracks at home. I'm at the middle of my list now and I record a couple of songs from Youtube into mp3 files and then burn those mp3s onto a CD with my laptop. Then I bring CD to the car to listen. You can also use the Youtube playlist and print the songs. Each song is transformed into MP3 and then saved to my computer. It's then easy to convert it to an audio CD. Sometimes I'm prone to making a mistake and make data CD. This won't work in my car stereo. If audio files are recorded, it's incredible how technology is working. I don't have to be connected to the internet to listen to mp3s, all I need is CD to put into my car's stereo slot. The music from Russia is blasting through Manhattan as I drive around.

It is easy and inexpensive to download video content from Youtube and convert them into mp3 so you can save them to your smartphone. My friend connected his smartphone to the car stereo and it started playing top quality sound within a matter of seconds. It wasn't a lot of Internet to stream Spotify or Pandora radio. I'm going to try this next.. However, I'll only use free WiFi.
