Bernhard Burgener, requests David Degen's shares be sold.

Bernhard Burgener vs David Degen is yet another step in the FC Basel owner dispute. Burgener has the support of the Board of Directors. However, there is still no consensus.
The Monday morning session was of FC Basel Holding AG's Board Directors. To do this in doing so, the Board of Directors relies on a contractually stipulated law which permits Burgener to sell its own shares to the shareholders of the minority shareholders in the same conditions. This drag-along method is considered superior to Degen's presale rights.
Burgener's team has taken an effort to settle the ownership dispute. Degen insists on his right to first refusal which he would like to exercise at 16.4 million francs. Burgener's stake of 80 percent in Basel Dream & Vision AG is being blocked by a super-provisional restraining order.
