You should bring a laptop, tablet, and sometimes even a smartphone filled with videos to camp with your children.

It's something I've learned through trial and error. My mom was there all week to support me, reminding me to be prepared for this, and to keep that in my mind. My excitement for the first camping trip I took with my children, my grandkids, was all I shared with her. She was constantly guiding me through my preparations, offering me advice and guidance on every situation. I do not mind my mom talking. Not listening to her talk is uncomfortable for me. I made a horrible error and realized that the next day, or even two, was the fault of me.

We set off in our vehicle, and we planned to drive it all until the campsite. I was hoping to recreate the rural experience I shared with my dad in the past, so I decided to go to one of the remotest places. It turned out that the location was not located in an area where service was available. Our phones were not functioning which meant we were by ourselves, with no other campers. I don't blame you I was hoping to have a fantastic getaway from work.. We spent 3 days out in the natural environment, with the natural world.. In less than 24 hours, we were on our way to home.

What next? What did I do? I had a laptop and some online games. The bag did not come out of my hands. I had a great backdrop set up to see my projector, that I took along to make big-screen effects movies. The only issue was that there wasn't Internet access to Hulu, Netflix, or Disney+. ytmp3 converter They just wanted to get up to speed with their schoolwork and check their email and send me texts. We packed up our bags and left as I could not bear the thought any more. My children produced sounds that were like little piglets eating delicious food. I truly love my kids. However, it was embarrassing, they squealed and moaned when their phones began to beep and alerting them to incoming texts and emails.

Since then, my preparations have improved , and I now try to stay out of an area without internet access. After an extended boat ride towards our destination, I discovered myself with my new best buddies with two tablets and an laptop. They were equipped with Hulu streaming video at one end, Netflix movies, and shows on the opposite. The laptop also had music videos as well as some movies that I have downloaded to watch later on Hulu and Netflix apps through the Windows app store. I have more than 600 hours worth of material that includes complete episodes of South Park, Friends, Will & Grace seasons, as well as additional episodes.


There are a ton of YouTube videos with funny stuff for children. I downloaded some Youtube music videos and converted them to MP3 format. With this web app I was able download videos to my laptop. After that, I could watch them offline without electricity (if required). I DVR a variety of TV shows, movies and online lectures. These videos I save in MP4 on my laptop. After that, I play them with VLC, KMP, or practically any video that supports 4k.

Another thing that I insist on is 4k. What have you seen? The video is amazing. I would highly recommend. Televisions with 4K picture support come with an amazing software that enhances and processes the picture. The old footage is much better on the new TV, despite the fact it's not very good initially, it's just a the kind of blocky squarish type recording. However, it changes into nice and smooth contemporary video flows. Highly recommended to all boys and girls.
