Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is made from the plastic containers (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are manufactured from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are generally further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
It's then, converted to a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric called stitch bond fabric by making use of excellent polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining from the thread and loose fibre can be described as stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 % local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is created by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue is then combined with affect the physical appearance to form the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics come in different widths and weights, depending on the clients requirements.
