Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is constructed from the plastic bottles (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are produced from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
It is then, made into a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric referred to as stitch bond fabric by using high quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining of the thread and loose fibre is known as a stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 % local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is created by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue will be included with alter the appearance in order to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics come in different widths and weights, based on the clients requirements.
