The audience is a group of soldiers who are about to go to war. She makes herself seem like she really cares about the country.

She points out how everything she does is for her God, and how her kingdom serves God. At the time everybody was very religious, so by appealing to their religion she can inspire them and make them feel as if their sacrifice is for God. It also lets them believe that by protecting her, they are then protecting God.

She sets the tone as somber when talking about the Spanish invasion, but inspiring and powerful during the rest of the speech. She talks about "famous victory" and rewards, which is inspiring.

She means that if she was not a "weak women" she would lead them, and if needed she still will fight, but she trusts to leave somebody else in charge. This once again should inspire them. They do not want her to fight, so if they can fight and win then she does not have to, so she manipulates her audience into doing her bidding.

She points to how she does everything for God, which gives her actions justification.

She points to the soldiers, who might need the money to send home, or just needs it for themselves. They have a job and have been getting paid for years, so this just reminds them of that.

"valor" "concord" "famous victory" are all words that are inspiring and makes you want to go out and fight. Her argument is that the soldiers need to fight against the Spanish, and these words make it seem like they have already won.
