What neutralizes or mitigates anxiety for me? I wrote my hardships and my feelings on a book. but lately, i just listen to my fav songs. watching something funny or reading webtoon. even only for a few minutes, at least i can distract myself for a while before i go to bed. although after i turn off the lamp, the anxiety is often coming back.
you are right, i just exist in this world. i don't even know what's the point of living here. why do people want a long life, isn't life easy for them, that they want to live longer and have longer smooth life. i don't understand them.
