What happens when the dev team spends their summer eating honey? We are enticed to create another mob - the flappy fuzzy ball that is the bee! We also became very sick. Children need to eat well balanced meals.
Changes in 19w34a
The Bees have been added - Bee Nests and Hives - Added Honeycomb Included dispenser functionality Minecraft: Java Edition now requires OpenGL 2.0 - New function for loot tables called copy_state - Fixed bugs
Bee
We are buzzing with excitement
Can someone tell Cory to stop making bee puns right now?
- Bees are cute and fuzzy, as well as neutral mobs
Do not harm them, they don't want to hurt you - If an insect does sting you, it will leave its stinger inside your body and eventually die, shedding nothing :(
Bees are awed by beautiful flowers and will spend their whole lives collecting pollen from them
After collecting pollen, bees fly back to their home nest
- Bees help you by growing crops while carrying pollen back to the nest
Bees can also be bred with flowers. Bees love sharing the location of their favourite flowers, and also with other bees.
If a bee is unable to find nectar, eventually it will return home for a bit - If a bee does not have a nest it will move around until it finds one that it can use
Rain is not an ideal time for bees, and they prefer to stay in bed at the night. In these instances, they will return to their nest.
Bee Nests / Bee Hives
In real life, bees dance around their nests to show other bees where the flowers are!
Bee Nests are naturally created in Flower Forests, Plains and Sunflower Plains biomes. - Bees can visit this block and continue their journey unassisted. There are 5 levels of honey. Level 5 is extremely sticky. motorsnmore Bees are able to make use of hives to share the locations of flowers with other bees. It is necessary to use an instrument that can be used to touch silk to remove the block. Honeycomb cannot be made without silk touch. Shears are required to create honeycomb
Use a bottle you are at the peak of honey to get an ahive bottle. Smoke from a campfire calms bees - put one in the nest / hive to keep them in calm mode. Redstone friendly! Bees love Bee Nests and Bee Hives in equal measure! They don't like to play favorites :) They also added the Honey Bottle!
Honey Bottle
Delicious honey that is organic, gluten-free and organic from local farms!
- Use an empty glass bottle placed on a beehive or nest that is filled with honey to create an ice-cold bottle of honey! Take it! - ??? - Profit! - You can also make it into sugar! - Add Honeycomb!
