I mean counseling session more like positive way. May I ask your background? Do you have interest in psychology or things like that? Let's continue to talk good things. Last movie i watched? It was a gore korean movie. I didn't expect it to be gore movie. A lot of people think it's just a thriller action movie. The twist was great. It surprised me. Ohh, and i am currently watching 1899 on netflix. it's an anticipating series. From the creator of Dark. I really recommend both if you haven't watched them.

When i write, i usually only write my difficulties. It's kinda tracking journal for me. I can see when the last time i had hard time, how i managed my feeling last month, when the last time i cried. Things like that. I never write the things i feel grateful for. maybe only once or twice. The things that really mean a lot to me.

I haven't had interesting dream. I rarely remember my dreams. Uhmm is that a good thing or bad thing. I don't know. Do you often remember your dreams?

I can't even remember the last time I admire my own qualities. The more i think, i always think of my negative sides. Why can't i become normal person who enjoy many things, why am i so introvert, things like that. For example. My friends love hangout, go anywhere and just enjoy their weekend socializing. Meanwhile I avoid those activites. I hate meeting new people and faking laugh. Sometimes i am asking myself. Why am i so introvert. Anyway.. Are you an extrovert or introvert?

Another example, whan someone did a good presentation. I asked myself, why do i keep stuttering and hate presentation so much? Practice doesn't make me perfect too.
