Hello, sir.

I am TheFancySaber, formally known as Logan. I am L[G]BT. I am 14 years old and I would like to apply for your group. I would like to apply for any possible high rank that I can achieve after filling out the application. Chief Executive Officer - Board of Directors [Preferring Chief Executive Officer] is what I am hoping to achieve but I would like you to put me in the role that you think will best fit me in a way that I can fully benefit the group Bowler. So without further delay, here is my filled out application.

1. Why do you want to work for Bowler?
This is a good question. I like to think of it as "Why do I want to be a part of Bowler" as well as the question stated. Well, I would really love to be a part of this group for multiple reasons. The first being that I love fashion groups, especially the clothing ones. Modeling ones are nice however I prefer clothing. Clothing has always been something that I have loved my whole life. I would also like to work here to continue doing what I love; my passion and goal in life. To help people. I would like to be able to continue helping people as much as I possibly can in more than just one way. I would also love to get involved in this group because I really love the clothing and the people here are extremely friendly. And finally I feel as if I have what it takes to work here as a confident and dedicated HR.

2. What past experience do you have that will be useful while working for Bowler?

As you may notice I have a lot of experience is this kind of industry. What they all have in common is what I do in them and what my role is in the group, I am mostly taking care staff members, or I have been a staff member myself. In all these groups I have performed many tasks that results in helping a customer or a staff member on the daily. And they are all in the same industry as well. I can assure you that I will be an amazing choice for Bowler.

3. What makes a good leader?
What makes a good leader? In my opinion a good leader can fulfill the following. A good leader is someone who can take leadership towards others in a way in which discipline is being taught and being performed inside the group but also creating happy memories, all doing this with a smile and bright attitude. A good leader is someone who knows when he/she has wronged one another and know the correct and polite way to apologize, as well as to make it better for them. A good leader is an understanding person and who can be there for anyone at any given time to help them in many beneficial ways, no matter how big or small the favor is. A good leader is someone who knows the importance of others and their feelings. A good leader knows the many pieces of important information and how to use them correctly while also being able to create happiness and have fun. A good leader is someone that people can look up to and someone they can trust to lead them into the right directions. And that is who I will be while I work for Bowler.
