I would like to inform you that the modem is an electronic item which loses its efficiency with time. Today, it may happen that I will solve your issue remotely but in the long run it will create problem to you. Therefore, I would suggest you purchase new modem, or you can rent our modem at just $14 per month. You will also get the ultimate control over the internet with xfinity app and Advanced Security to keep you safe and secure.
In future you can get xfi complete at just $11 despite $30 with your own modem
