Guard Yourself With EMF Shielding Clothes
There are emf blocking clothes who are concerned about the dangers from RF EMF, but there are ways to shield yourself. Wearing clothing that is made of EMR shielding fabric can shield your body from harmful radiation. These fabrics typically consist of a silver-colored fabric embedded in a fine mesh. When rays from a cellphone or WI-FI signal strike the material, they cause the electrons within it to oscillate echo around the material. RF EMF can cause heat to organic matter
RF EMF is an effective source of energy that can cause organic matter to heat up. It accomplishes this by changing the polarization of water molecules. This heat can cause deep and superficial burns cataracts, deep burns, and general hyperthermia. While these effects may not be as apparent as the usual EHS symptoms, they are nevertheless serious. Fortunately, the levels of exposure needed to cause these effects are small compared to the consequences of prolonged radiation to EMF.

An RF antenna that measured 25 feet long was installed at 620 ft depth. After forty hours of heating with RF, the temperature within the borehole was raised to 220 F. This study highlighted RF heating as a potentially beneficial method for heating the formation. In a later study, Bottazzi et al. (2013) analyzed the utility of electrical heating in the downhole situation.

Both of these methods can be used for heating up organic matter. The first method involves placing a object in an electromagnetic field. A second approach involves placing the object within the field that is an inductor. The electromagnetic field generates currents to be generated in the substance, which then heat the object. Quantity of heat that is generated is dependent upon the resistance the substance has to the flow of the currents as well as the duration of the exposure.

While the effects on biological systems of RF EMF aren't conclusive, studies have revealed the possibility of a link between exposure to EMF from RF sources in conjunction with EHS symptoms. Furthermore, it could cause skin changes and tumors in some people. In the end, excessive exposure could cause chronic health issues.

The research that proves that exposure to RF EMF could cause EHS isn't extensive. There are however many other studies that prove this connection with RF EMF and the oxidative stress. Although it's unclear how long EMF exposure could cause cell harm, it's crucial to be aware of what's going on within the body to prevent this issue. It could even affect organ function.

The effect of heat generated by RF EMF is explained by the polarity of the compounds. If the RF energy flows through a compound that is polar the atomic nuclei as well as electrons inside the nuclei are moved away from their equilibrium positions. As a result, the electrons around the nuclei are dipoles that are induced. This dipole realignment occurs hundreds of times per second. In this process, friction develops between the rotating molecules, and heat is produced across the entire surface of the material.

Although RF radiation doesn't directly damage DNA, it could cause heat to build up in body tissue that could cause injuries to tissues or burns. In contrast to ionizing radiation RF radiation is not thought to cause cancer. However, some studies show an increase in tumors in laboratory animals exposed to RF radiation.


There are a variety of federal agencies that are involved in controlling and monitoring the effects of RF radiation on the human body. This includes The Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the OSHA. They monitor exposure to RF to ensure that it's safe for workers. They also urge employees to reduce their exposure to radiation if they are working in high-frequency RF environments.
