Guard Yourself With EMF Shielding Clothes
There are many people who are concerned about the risks from RF EMF, but there are ways to safeguard yourself. Wearing clothing that is made of EMR shielding fabric can shield you from damaging radiation. They are typically made of a silver-colored material embedded in a fine mesh. When the radiation from wireless signals like a cell phone or WI-FI signal enter this material they cause the electrons within it to oscillate echo, or bounce around the material. One such textile, called the Wavestopper(tm) textile, has been shown to block 99 percent of radiofrequency radiation that is harmful.

RF EMF can cause heat to organic matter
RF EMF is an effective source of energy which can cause organic matter to heat up. It achieves this by altering the water molecules' polarization. The resultant heat can cause superficial and deep burns, cataracts, or general hyperthermia. Although these effects might not be as obvious as typical EHS symptoms, they are nevertheless serious. Luckily, the levels of exposure that are sufficient to trigger these effects are not as significant as the consequences of prolonged radiation to EMF.

An RF antenna that measured 25 ft in length was installed at 620 ft depth. After 40 hours of RF heating the temperature inside the borehole increased to 220 F. This study highlighted the potential of RF heating as an effective method of heating the formation. In a later study, Bottazzi et al. (2013) studied the benefits of electric heating in the downhole condition.

Both methods are suitable for heating up organic matter. The first method involves placing a material in a high-frequency electromagnetic field. The second method involves placing an object within the field that is an inductor. The electromagnetic field creates electric currents within the material, which then heat the object. Quantity of heat that is generated is dependent on how resistant the object is to the currents as well as the duration of the exposure.

While the effects on biological systems of RF EMFs aren't conclusive, studies have revealed an association between exposure to EMF from RF sources as well as EHS symptoms. This relationship requires further study to understand the extent to which EMF exposure can cause EHS. For instance, it has been proven that leukemia in children is linked with the proximity of homes to power lines.

Therefore, prolonged exposure could cause long-term health problems.

The evidence that suggests how exposure to RF EMF may cause EHS isn't extensive. There are however many other studies that prove this connection with RF EMF and the oxidative stress. While it's unclear how long EMF exposure may cause cell damage, it is important to understand what is happening within the body to prevent this problem. EMF exposure can even impact organ function.


The effect of heating caused by EMF from RF is explained by the polarity of the substances. If emf blocking clothes flows through a compound that is polar, the atomic nuclei and electrons inside the nuclei are displaced from their equilibrium position. In the process, the electrons around the nuclei become dipoles inducing. The dipole realignment happens hundreds of times per second. As a result, friction develops between the rotating molecules and heat is generated across the entire surface of the material.

Although RF radiation doesn't directly harm DNA, it could cause heat to build up in body tissue, which could lead to injuries to tissues or burns. Contrary to ionizing radiation RF radiation is not thought to cause cancer. However, some studies show higher rates of tumors in lab animals exposed to RF radiation.

There are a variety of federal agencies that are involved in regulating and monitoring the consequences of RF radiation on human bodies. This includes those of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. They monitor RF exposure to ensure that it is safe for employees. They also urge employees to reduce their exposure when working in high-frequency RF environments.
