Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, raised by a loving family and supported by his parents. He is the oldest son born to the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her divine grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry encompasses the entire family. Reverend Ken is Ken's brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This ministry has many gospel artists that are the top-selling worldwide.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon, also known by CSO, has chosen to follow the footsteps of her father, sharing the Word of God the world. She is a talented gospel artist, a Grammy-award winning singer and an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.


Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship that allowed him to study at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University.
