Memberi sanksi kepada murid dengan adil. Tidak berpihak kesalah satu murid atau tidak membela murid yang berbuat salah. Melihat murid tidak dengan sebelah mata. Mencari tahu terlebih dahulu sebelum mengiyakan suatu masalah. Tidak menggurui atau bisa menjadi teman agar nyaman saat meminta pendapat. Yang dapat merangkul semua muridnya tanpa terkecuali.
