1- We see the kid locked in a room with all the suits. This is an probably employees only room. Because the Purple Guy is the CEO he has access to this room. This is also evidence that Purple Guy is the father. He doesn't want the kid to run away or anything so he locks him there.
2- We see an unfinished model of Mangle in the kid's house. Because Purple Guy is the CEO he has access to an animatronic that isn't yet finished.
3- Because he is the CEO the facial recognition software in the toy animatronics doesn't work. He deleted himself of their software or something like that I DON'T KNOW.
And most importantly of all:
4- When Purple Guy came with a car to Fredbear's Family Diner in the Take Cake minigame, Puppet was also in the car. As you said, he is scared of Golden Freddy Springlock, because he saw his father, Purple Guy, kill the kid and stuff him inside a Springlock/Golden Freddy suit.
But yet again, it can also be the Phone Guy, because as you geniusly presented in the video, both of them adds up. (did I wrote that correct?)
